“You’re just a mom, “ my almost two and a half year old tells me very matter of factly as we snuggle up for bed.
“Oh, I am, huh??” I question back with a little giggle.
“Yeah,” she admits, “but I don’t remember your whole name…” she trails off and ponders for a brief moment…
“Your whole name is momma,” she declares.
I can’t help but smile. Baby girl, that’s the whole-est name I could ever need.
For you, my fullest name will always be “Momma”.
